Aeroderivative Monitoring & Diagnostics

Aeroderivative Monitoring & Diagnostics

The Aeroderivative Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics website allows users to view data on the engines that GE currently monitors. The website not only provides historical data (Analog and Alarm/Boolean), but also on demand retrieval of current data from on-site computers. Users can analyze analog historian data using trending tools, while fault alarm data can also be viewed. Unmonitored sites can also submit data using the manual uploading feature. Customer Notification Reports (CNR) and Condition Assessment Reports can be downloaded through this website.

This online site provides access to real time information from the engines and packages that Aero Energy currently monitors, including:

  • Unit and fleet operations overview
  • Trending tools
  • Customized data queries
  • Real-time, online remote viewing
  • Fault alarm report
  • Manual data uploading to GE
  • High-speed trip file download
  • One-second analog data download
  • Condition reports archive
  • Fault notification library

Access for the website is restricted to:

  • Customer personnel of monitored aero (LM series) gas turbines, if authorized by the customer's company
  • GE personnel who provide direct customer service to monitored units

All users must have a GE Aviation web account and access to the Aviation CWC (Customer Web Center):

  • Customers must contact the applicable CPM or CSM to request access to the CWC and to Aeroderivative M&D
  • GE personnel should visit the Remote Services Support Central
