This system is designed for use as a web-based tool for distribution of TILs to the customer base and on-site GE technical leads. A TIL provides GEWE equipment owners with information on operation, maintenance, inspection criteria, and advisory technical recommendations to resolve known issues. They are intended to assist the owner in their efforts to improve operation, maintenance, safety, reliability and availability.
